Emil Peter Sorensen (hereinafter, the grandfather) died leaving a will which made no provision for four grandchildren who were alive at the time of the execution of the will. The guardian of the grandchildren filed a petition for a determination of heirship, claiming that the grandchildren were entitled to the shares of the estate which they would have received if their grandfather had died intestate. The superior court approved the findings and recommendations of a master and denied the petition, from which judgment this appeal has been taken.
